OK, so today’s blog was inspired by a comment made on Kim Kardashian’s website about a yellow dress she wore with tan pumps, which said,
“KIM one little question since ur the “queen of style” WHY THE HECK ARE YOU WEARIN BEIGE HEELS WITH A YELLOW DRESS??????????? i dnt think u can clash anymore than that LOL”
Now let me explain…. Anytime you wear a pop colored dress you should NOT MATCH THE SHOES to the dress. This is beyond dorky and VERY old school! Also, skin color shoes go with EVERYTHING!

So I just started Bikram Yoga which is practiced in a room heated to 105°F with a humidity of 40%. Classes are guided by specific dialogue including 26 postures and two breathing exercises which last 90 minutes. They say you can burn anywhere from 400-900 calories per class! It’s amazing and I believe having your mind, body, and soul right is imperative! It’s a crazy, intense yoga but you get amazing results!!!!
