Sarah Styles Rhea for Activison’s E3 Show!

So I flew to LA to style Rhea for Activision’s Kick Off for the E3 conference at the Staples Center! I put her in denim cut off shorts and a FEIRCE cut out bustier. SO HOT!!!!!

The entire show was amazing which included USHER, will.i.am, DAVID GUETTA, DEADMAU5, Z-TRIP, MAYNARD JAMES KEENAN, JANE’S ADDICTION, CHRIS CORNELL, N.E.R.D., EMINEM, and RIHANNA.

Check out Rhea’s debut of “My Motorcycle,” which will be featured in the game, True Crime(R): Hong Kong….

Oh and did I mention the performance choreographed by JaQuel Knight!!! He’s AMAZING!

Closet Diaries Photo Shoot!!!

Soooo I did another photo shoot with the amazing Noel Denis! I styled our model, Vanessa Lopez, in a nude Diane Von Furstenberg blouse which was BEAUTIFUL with her skin tone and finished this look with nude pumps! Then I put her in a vintage 70′s sheer blue metallic blouse with brown thigh high boots! LOVE!!!!

Christine “CJ” Burkey did the hair and as always she did a GREAT job! Totally glam! CJ used Mineral veil, kerastase hair spray, and Redken rough paste, along with her magic!

So I did this photo shoot with the AMAZING photographer Noel Denis! I styled the shoot and we were inspired by Tim Burton’s new movie ALICE IN WONDERLAND. The Queen of Hearts and the Mad Hatter were my templetes for the styling, hair, and make up but in a high fashion look! It was so much fun and the pictures turned out FAB!

Rhea’s New Look!!!

So excited to tell you guys about Rhea’s new look!!!! It’s PERFECT for her!!!! It’s a 50′s retro look that is totally Rhea and super girlie girl!!!!! So I called in the Amazing AWARD winning hair stylist Charlie Price to do this 50′s hair style!!!! He did amazing!!! I got Rhea this 50′s vintage blue and white pin up dress with pop of red accessories!

After we put this together I went with Rhea to Much Music to debut her new look as the NEW GIRL in N.E.R.D. So much fun!!!!

Rhea ROCKS! Sarah Styles!

So I styled Rhea for her N.E.R.D. tour while opening for Jay-Z!!!!! I found this AMAZING military jacket from Zara and added vintage gold buttons and a vintage arm patch! It’s all about finding something you LOVE and making it your own! The jacket took on a LIFE of it’s own! The jacket will also be showing up on an amazing TV show! More to come!!!

N.E.R.D.’s Sound Is ‘Very 3-D’ With New Singer Rhea, Pharrell Says

‘We can go in so many more directions, because we have the vocal support,’ he says of addition.

Pharrell’s falsetto can only go so far. So he, along with the rest of the N.E.R.D. troops, recruited a new singer into the fold for their fourth album, Instant Gratification, slated to be released sometime in 2010.

The addition of Rhea, introduced to the band by a mutual friend, has the producer promising some lofty things for the foursome’s next project.

“Musically, we’re just somewhere else [with her],” Pharrell told MTV News. “The music is now very 3-D. It’s something you have to hear. But you’ll see. We’re definitely somewhere else. I want to leave that impact moment for when you purchase your download and you purchase your CD. The music is very three-dimensional. We’re just really excited. We feel like N.E.R.D. has always been the punks of hip-hop and the outcasts of alternative music — just a little different. But this time, we’re taking no prisoners.”

The Neptunes artist explained Rhea might be petite, at just 5-foot-4, but her booming voice and her classical background blend in with the genre-bending trio of N.E.R.D., also including Chad Williams and Shae.

“Now you have this little Tinkerbell that’s just stepped in and has been amazing,” he said. “It’s made it a fun process. We can go in so many more directions, because we have the vocal support.”

Rhea, a Toronto native of Guyanese descent, met the fellas only once in person before she auditioned for them via Skype. She sang “His Eye Is on the Sparrow.” Her rendition impressed the guys, and she soon found herself signing on.

“It was just a really good time,” she said of meeting the collective. “When I came in there and I met them and they heard me sing, I think they decided it was the right fit.”

“Don’t be bashful,” Pharrell chimed in. “We lost our minds. We thought she was great.”

N.E.R.D. are set to hit the road next week with Jay-Z on his Blueprint 3 tour.
