Style your Mind, Body, and Soul!

So I just started Bikram Yoga which is practiced in a room heated to 105°F with a humidity of 40%. Classes are guided by specific dialogue including 26 postures and two breathing exercises which last 90 minutes. They say you can burn anywhere from 400-900 calories per class! It’s amazing and I believe having your mind, body, and soul right is imperative! It’s a crazy, intense yoga but you get amazing results!!!!
